ATU is a bold, rebellious space for unmasking the harm in traditional mental health systems and reclaiming personal and collective healing. We provide educational, reflective, and community content rooted in lived experience, plurality, neurodivergence, trauma awareness, and radical care.

We are not a substitute for licensed mental health care. We are not your therapist. Nothing on this site or through our offerings constitutes medical or therapeutic advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you’re here, we assume you’re a grown adult capable of making informed decisions for yourself — or at least aspiring to be one.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything we create — from blog posts to graphics to workshop materials — is ours unless otherwise stated. You may share our content with proper credit and a link back. You may not copy, sell, modify, or claim our work as your own. That’s not rebellion — that’s theft.
